What does sustainable work and research mean to you? (not only in the ecological context)
The concept of sustainable work and research means achieving good wellbeing, living good and working in conditions that do not affect healthy living in a negative way. This process of sustainable work and research therefore is a working condition that support humans in remaining in work throughout an extended period of working life.
In your opinion, what needs to be done to make the world more peaceful?
Respect for each other without discrimination of race, color, nationality, gender, and religion. Applying rational thinking and empathy to promote coexistence.
How do you plan to share the results of the forum in a lasting way?
By taking series of actions to disseminate my experiences before, during and after the forum. For instance, I applaud the dedication of the organizers of the forum to have thought of bringing together alumnus of University of Wurzburg to share experiences within the context of creating change in a lasting way. My strategy to share the results of the forum in a lasting way includes: i. actively participate in the forum and asking questions that creates meaningful engagements and discussions on opining of change and transformation topics. ii. keeping in touch with participants of the forum and establishing a channel of communication for return-to-home conversation/feedback. iii. giving a short 1-2 minutes talk about my experience at the forum and posting on twitter, google picture, Facebook and Instagram platforms that have a memory feed. iv. publishing a short letter about the experience gained at the forum. v. document my participation in my LinkedIn page.
