Submission of agenda items

Agenda items must be submitted to the Academic Committees Office no less than 14 days prior to the meeting at which you want them to be debated.

Please bear in mind that the competent departments will have to prepare statements on the agenda items and these must be submitted to the members of the committee no less than one week prior to the meeting at which the items are to be debated. Therefore, all supporting documentation should be available to the Academic Committees Office and the competent departments at least 14 days prior to the respective meeting.

There is no guarantee that items will be placed on the agenda of a particular meeting if they, and the supporting documentation, are not submitted at least 14 days prior to the meeting.
