Wie bereits am Donnerstag, 17.3.2011, auf der Homepage der Universität mitgeteilt, wurde der Universität Würzburg vor Kurzem ein anonymes Schreiben mit Vorwürfen zu wissenschaftlichem Fehlverhalten zugesandt. In diesem Schreiben geht es im Kern um Promotionsvorgänge eines Lehrstuhls aus der Zeit vor dem Jahr 2005, mit denen sich bereits in den Jahren 2006 und 2007 die Ständige Kommission zur Untersuchung wissenschaftlichen Fehlverhaltens der Universität Würzburg beschäftigt hat, nachdem in der Medizinischen Fakultät Verdachtsmomente für wissenschaftliches Fehlverhalten aufgekommen waren.
